A Novel About Starting Over

When the life Eleanor Nolan gave everything to begins to unravel, she’s forced to question who she is without the roles that once defined her. The discovery of her husband’s hidden letters (written across the milestones of their marriage) reveals doubts she never knew existed and calls her future into question. Seeking clarity, Eleanor retreats to a coastal town, surrounded by women who remind her she doesn’t have to do this alone.

All You Have To Do is a hopeful, emotionally rich novel about marriage, identity, and the power of female friendship—and about finding the courage to begin again when everything familiar falls away.

Discover Eleanor's Story

hello and welcome…

I’m Kelly and I write poignant and relatable contemporary fiction about friendship, family and love. My newest novel—All You Have To Do—released in October 2025. I also have two other books available, my debut Can’t Take It Back released in 2020 and its novella-length sequel called In This Together.

One of the best parts of being an author is joining communities of writers and readers who support and encourage. I regularly attend writing conferences (my favourite is SiWC), book launches and publishing-related seminars in search more more bookish friends. I’m a member of several writing organizations including the Women’s Fiction Writers Association (WFWA), Writers Union of Canada and the Federation of BC Writers.

I live in a suburb of Vancouver (the one in Canada) and when I’m not writing or reading or working my day job, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband and two teenage daughters; usually with a cup of coffee in one hand and notebook in the other.

Thanks for being here!
